What types of fencing do you work on?

We install and repair wood fencing and aluminum fencing.

We do not offer residential chain link fence installation or repair. Commercial chain link services may be available on a case-by-case basis.

For vinyl, aluminum, or other manufactured fencing repairs, homeowners must provide the manufacturer's name and fence type before scheduling.

Do you call before digging?

Yes. We contact OUPS at least 48 hours before work begins to have public utilities marked.

It’s important to understand that OUPS marks public utility lines only, which include gas, electric, water, sewer, and telecommunications (internet, phone, fiber)

Private utility lines are not marked, such as Irrigation or sprinkler systems, landscape lighting, electrical lines to sheds or outbuildings, and septic systems.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. Our work includes a 2-year workmanship warranty. This warranty does not cover storm-related damage, such as fallen trees or branches that occur after installation. Common non-covered damage may also include issues caused by third parties, such as lawn service equipment damaging a fence panel or a gate being left open and damaged during a storm.  

What is your minimum project size?

Fence repairs: $250 minimum, including materials

New fence installations: $3,000 minimum, including materials

Deck steps, railings, and deck projects are priced individually.

Do I need to be home during the work?

New fence installations: You do not need to be home, as long as fence layout and gate placement are clearly discussed beforehand.

Fence and deck repairs: We ask that someone be home so the completed work can be reviewed and payment can be collected before the technician leaves.

How soon can you schedule work?

Scheduling depends on project type, scope, and current workload. Smaller repairs are often scheduled sooner than larger installations. We’ll give you a realistic timeframe during the initial conversation.

Do you handle permits?

Yes. We pull all required permits with the applicable city or township as part of our service.

Do you offer free estimates?

Yes. Estimates are provided after reviewing the project scope and site conditions
